I am just going to restate what these guys have allready said, check the TPS voltage, the easy way is to go to a mom and pop garage with a scantool and get it scanned. Alot of holley owners like myself had to slot the screw holes on the TPS making it adjustable, I would actually slot the holes first and then go to the shop, at idle look for about .5 volts, then have someone floor it and look for 5 volts. I would take about an 1/8 off either side of the screw hole, it wont take much. You can fine tune the volts by using the adjusting the idle screw instead of messing with the tps once you are close. If you can check the voltage using a meter more power to you that would save some money. Try calling a couple shops and checking prices on the scan thing. Good luck
