Will it fit under the stock LT1 Z28 hood?

 

I don't believe it would fit under the stock hood. A friend of mine has the HSR in his 89 Formula and we had to trim the hood braces for it to close, less than a half inch of clearance. There is definetly more room under his hood in stock form than the LT1's hoods.

 

no it does not fit we had to cut the hell out of the cowl in my friends 94z and you know its not a direct fit on the heads right..

 

after geting it to fit the heads you can SUPPOSEDLY mill the ridges off the top of the plenum and cut the back of the plenum to gain clearance for the cowl atlest that is what I am going to do to try to fit mine under a ram air TA hood
