Is there any scan tools and wires for an OBDII car like my 97?

 

yes there is at WWW.akmcables.com, you may want to look into converting to obd1 one, you can convert over to obd1 and buy the cable, for the price of the software for scanning obd2, and then you dont have the cable.

as for the question:
there is auto Xray which works with obd2, there is also some free software that only requires the cable. there is a cable available from www.obd-2.com for about $125, and there are also cables from a place called AKM i think...

do a search...

 

the cable is about 65 fromakm if you ever plan on doing tunning yourself you may want to look at the price of lt1 edit for obd2s its 500 bucks.
