Highest HP parts for $1,500?

Well since you said to keep it under $1500, I'd go with the Jet Hots ($500), a Hooker Cat-Back ($270) SLP CAI ($180) and a Hooker Y-Pipe ($130) then you have some left over for some 3.73's and the install.
