ever since i got my 3:73s, even with the hypertech installed the car will rev to 4-5,000 rpm from 1-2 shift on 1/2 throttle or more, they have been installed since october and i just figured it was part of having gears but someone told me that my tps could be off and if i drive with it like that long term i could ruin my tranny, any thoughts?

Previously had 2.73s and I got got 3.73's installed. I am using hypertech also. I can shift as low as 2k rpms, and at 1/2 throttle shift at like 3k. Just be more gentle with it. And yes now I can feel a much firmer shift even at partial throttle in first.
