High RPM Studder

Hey,
I just the other day got my 97 SS tagged and titled and it's been a BIG difference from my 91 5.0 RS. the only thing thats ruining my enjoyment in driving this car is at around 4000-5000 rpm full throttle i get a studder in the engine, best described as like bubbles in the gas lines. whats doing this???

Re: High RPM Studder

Check your fuel pressure
your fuel filter may be clogged... or your fuel pump is dying.

Re: High RPM Studder

im guessing it might be my Distributer or Coil because it feels like a spark problem. i read that alot of these optisparks go out around 80-100k miles. IF it is, since i'm new to the car, how should i go about changing this distributer/coil and what parts do i replace/check?
