I went to give my brother a ride in my car, and all of the sudden i have a horriable high rpm mis, we think its the distributer but were not sure, it wont do it when you rev it, it only does it under a load. any ideas on what else it could be, and if this ever happened to you. thanks

 

Yup sounds like an opti problem

 

9sec. check your coil and coil wire. if there's a white residue powder on the coil, replace them both. I had the same problem and after changing plugs, wires, coil, coil wire...everything was cool.
