hey shoebox!

ok, i need help. i removed the airpump the other day and on the bottom of the air pump was a wire conector that i unplugged. that wire led to a small plastic cylinder. out of that cyliner was a hose(about the diameter of a pencil) that lead to the drivers side intake. i took that line off and pluged the plastic piece it went to. is that ok to do that? what is that line? . the line wraps around the intake to the other side. it looks like it goes to the fuel pressure regulator. if you are not sure what i am talking about i can take pics tomorrow and e-mail them to you. thanks

Was it this thing? If you plugged the source of the vacuum, you should be ok. That was an added part when the AIR pump recall was done.
