hey guys, Idle Air Control

where is this so called sensor at (location) on a 95 lt1 z28?

It's not a sensor but a valve mounted on the bottom of your throttle body. The ECU controls this valve to provide what it "thinks" is the right amount of air that the engine needs to idle properly. The IAC is prone to sticking so the ECU can have difficulty controlling it.
