hesitation and intake backfire

i have 32lb injectors and a pcmforless tune on the car. Stock tb and fuel system. I believe it to be running to rich. also i have only gone around the block 4 or 5 times. Do i need to drive for the pcm to learn the engines needs?

If it is backfiring through the intake, the PCM won't "relearn" to correct that. Sounds like your timing may be off. Are you certain the timing gears are aligned right?
