Angry Here's a tip when trying to change 02 sensors.

Don't try it unless you have an 02 socket spent no time gettin the drivers side off but when it comes to the passenger side i could get a wrench or anything up there and when i did the angle i was at i couldnt do any good b/c that 02 was like three times as tight as the other one just goin to have to wait till i get a socket i guess another wasted day but i did get the tb cleaned it had some gunk it it on the backside that is sorry just had to tell my little story very frusterating

Well the good ol pipe wrench worked for me. Of coarse I put new ones on. I didnt even know they made o2 wrenches haha. Mine was such a pain to get off. Did you take off the starter? Thats an easy way to free up more space. I assume you have the y pipe off to right? I just remembering i had to give it my everything to break it loose. Ironically I checked out the car 2 weeks later and the o2 sensor was ready to fall out! I retightend the best I could. Maybe Ill look into that wrench thingy .

I would imagine a 5 sided hex wrench would work. Thats all that an o2 socket is.
