Here's a real dumb one for ya

What do you guys use to adjust the throttlebody stop screw (LT1) stock TB?

I re-adjusted mine a bit whenever I took the TB off to clean it. I can't remember if it was a flat head screwdriver, or a torx head screwdriver. One of those two though.

The reason I ask is that on mine, the screw comes out from the back and I can't get any bits or blade into it to adjust it ( intake and linkage is in the way). I thought maybe there was some trick or someone made a tool to adjust it.

Yeah, it's too tight to get anything around the throttle linkage, just take the whole throttle body off. It's easy to take off, and if it's anything like mine, could really use a good cleaning.

I used small allen wrench. I don't recall the size though, sorry.
