Here we go again -_- 93 trans am

Just got my hands on a 93 trans am with 81k miles on the ticker. Only mods are a built 700r4 and hooker exhaust. Last time around, the tuning part was a nightmare and I was wondering where I could find the best place for a dyno tune anywhere on the eastern seaboard. I'm gonna swap out the hooker cat back for my gmmg cat back I saved from the last build. What are the odds of taking a heads/cam only car into the high 10's? I needed spray to break 10's with the z28.

The TA will be ~100lbs heavier and slightly slower the the Z28.

10s NA are possible but it will not be cheap - spray is the way to go if you want "cheap" 10s.

Tuning is an issue with 93's. The only easy options are to do a mail order piggyback chip, or You can get a Moates burn package and learn to tune yourself. It will be difficult to find someone that tunes the 93 computer. If you plan on keeping the car it may be worthwhile to switch to a 94+ PCM/harness, along with the vented opti.
