i got some trick flow heads from summit with gold racing roller rockers. now i have a big problem my valve covers will not fit. i called summit to get some bigger ones and the guy said they didn't make any. if i got any biger ones they would hit my brake boster.he said try using two gaskets. i don't want to have to do that (besides i don't think that will work i have spent to much money on it now for this bull) anyone know what i can do? thanks it's for an lt 1 95

 

Center bolt to perimeter bolt cover conversion. Just a suggestion.

 

Your rolling rockers may be spaced close together and the ribs inside the valve cover that support the center bolt tubes may be the source of your interference. The ribs can be flatten to clear the tight spacing.

 

Brake booster? You don't have a 69 Camaro there bud...gotta love Summit Racing.

 

Trim the stock supports or get plastics.

You've got at least 5" clearance between the stock valve cover and the brake booster..... taller covers will NOT be a problem. You just need to make sure they have been clearanced for the alternator on the passenger side.
