Question Help with SLP CAI install

Hi all,
Ok, I feel really stupid for asking this but is the end of MAF suppose to fit inside the end of the tube from the CAI? The only reason I ask is because my MAF doesn't fit inside the tube and I thought it was suppose to go together like the stock pieces.

Also I heard that SLP stopped making thier CAI with the nipple for the air hose that goes to the air pump. Is this true?

Thanks for the Help

Don't know about any nipples, dimples or pimples, but the MAF does not fit inside the tube. The CAI uses the factory rubber piece to connect the MAF to the pipe. Here are the directions: Install Instructions. Good luck because it is a b!itch to install. ...Shimaze

When I say nipple I mean the stub reffered to in step seven of those install instructions. It says "Reconnect the air pump supply hose to the stub welded onto the induction tube..." I've called the people I bought the kit from and they said SLP stopped making them with that stub. I was just wondering if anyone else has heard this...

Thanks for the link though, the color pictures help, even though they look to me like they show the MAF end inside the CAI tube...
