In desperate need of help. I was having an electrical problem of running 18v after a rebuild. From prior troubleshooting the problem was thought to be the Voltage regulator/Altenator.

I have since replaced that along with putting a new battery in. The bad news is its still running at 18 volts. I did notice this all started after I connected the rear o2 sensors on the exhuast. I haven't had a chance to disconnect them yet and see what happens.

Is there anything else I failed to look at that could cause the car to run at 18 volts?
