Question Help picking exhaust components

This past week I picked up a '95 Caprice 9c1 (LT1). It has an exhaust leak coming from the passenger side exhaust manifold underneath the ingenious GM heat shields. Instead of spending money on stock parts I'd like to just do the entire exhaust now.

First off the car has true duals stock so I'll be sticking with that. What I need help with is choosing which headers/cats/mufflers/O2 senor setup to go with. I'm in California so the headers will need air tubes and a C.A.R.B. number. I'll also need to keep the cats.

I hear good things about tuned Hooker Headers but I don't know for sure whether or not they come with air tube hookups. I'd like to run high flow cats because they flow better. Will I need 02 extensions? If so which company should I go with?

They know a lot more about those cars than we do here.

The movement on that board isn't nearly as fast as it is here.

I just figured same engine, same exhaust components. The only real difference is the bends in the pipes.

My friend has a 9C1. He put a hooker catback on it and it sounds pretty decent and picked him up a tenth. I"m not sure about the headers, but from my experience, long tubes are the way to go. You can't beat them.

Hes in Cali and needs to pass emissions so longtubes wont do. I dont know if mac shortie/mids have a carb # but out here (Canada eh) you can pass emissions with them since they have all the hookups and such.

B body exhaust is quite different from F body exhaust.. different manifolds, catback, etc..
