Help with picking a cam for a 383.

Ok I know this thread fell down a ways, but I have been on vacation

I would look just a bit more .050 duration that the 236/242 cam, and go in the 250 range there. I would also open the valves slightly farther to the tunes of .610 to .620 and drop the lobe sep to at least 110 with a 108 ILC.
Now this will take some spring, but we are racing
