I have been in the process of getting new gears put in my car...this all started when a bearing spun off one of my gears and ended up on the rear-end cover (on the magnet)...anyways, now come to find out, one of my axles is bad and the other is in not too good of shape either. Where is a good plafce to find a good deal on an axle(s)?

Make a post in the "Wanted to buy" section and as mentioned above, keep an eye out in the For Sale section. I have a complete 10 bolt for sale out of my 97, 3.42 gears. But I'm in Albany, NY.....

 

There is a guy/gal with the sign-on name of Gallitin on LS1.COM selling a pair of 10 bolt axles.... Might wanna check it out and see if they'll work for you....

if you want to upgrade, you can get moser axles through summit for around $300 for the pair. ebay also occasionally has used axles.
