help!! need cam advise

i have a 94 z28. i recently blew a rod bearing and just pulled it out and i was going to go with a new cam but i didnt wanna mess with the heads. Pretty much just a mild rebuild. What is the best choice cam and lifter wise for my rebuild. and does anyone know of where to get the kits? thanks

It depends on what you want to spend and what you want out of the car. A good cam wont do a thing with out the supporting mods. What do you have now?

In order to do a cam swap correctly and reliably, expect to spend closer to $1000.

Cam, rockers, good valve springs, valve retainers, seats, locks, studs, hardened pushrods, guideplates, a tune, timing chain, etc., all need to be upgraded/replaced.

You could go with SA rockers and save a few bucks, but NSA is a much better alternative.
