Unbolt the wheel, remove the 2 caliper bolts, take off caliper, pull rotor off axle, put on new rotor, remove old pads, depress piston with c clamp, put in new pads, bolt up caliper, put on wheel.

Yep, thats about all there is too it.
Remember to take your brake resevoir cap off when compressing the piston back into the caliper or it will shoot off the car.
I know this for a fact. Keep an eye on the fluid so it does not run out all over the paint on the firewall.
