My glove compartment door is loose as hell and rattles me half way to death. How can I tighten it up so it will not shake when I hit a bump, I looked at it but didn't see a good way to adjust it. plz help

I checked and tighten all the screws and did a little trick . Since i rarely use it i used velcro strips so when it close the door,the velcro keeps it shut and it doesnt move. I applied right on the inside lip.Easy to do.
