Help me pick out my next mods

Ok well im going into chassis fab here at wyotech in april where i will be doing some chassis and suspension work. i only have so much money to work with and i am trying to save some for the cage, tubular front end and a-arms, and whatever else i can afford. but im going to take about 800$ out of the fund and spend it before the middle of next month. i think i will go ahead and get some spohn sfc's and install them in chassis, but with the rest of the money what should i buy. i wanted some more horse power parts. i was thinking 6AL box, a new blaster coil. i dont really know. tell me what you think.

How about some long tubes. If you are going to put some decent heads on one day your going to need them anyway. You might want to find a stock set of maf ends so Ion has a better chance at setting you up with the proper tune. Good luck with school and the car.

Re: Help me pick out my next mods

Say a good set of heads, or find somebody to do a goot porting job on the stockers. Also for a few HPS you can have the intake mani port matched. If your really wanting every little bit, you could throw on a bigger Throttle Body. 52mm is all a stock intake mani can handle, ported it can go to 58mm. Hope this helped ya out.

Re: Help me pick out my next mods

how much power would some intake work free me up. or the throttle body. i was going to wait until i can afford some LE3 heads to do any more head work. im just looking for some hp. how hard is it to change the gears. ive never done them. i was going to wait for gears until i got a moser but they are decently cheap. how much could i shave in the quarter with some 4:10s

Re: Help me pick out my next mods

If your going to get a Moser just keep your 3.42s for now. I believe with the LE3 heads the intake might be worth an extra 10 hp. Ask Lloyd. And don't forget what I said about the maf ends. Most tuners would rather you have stock ends unless you are making some really big hp.

My vote is for 4.10's. Best bang for your buck imo.
