Re: Video of Completed CC306 Swap!

It was for sale, but now all it does it keep screaming for some stall and a cam. Summit sounds like they want me working on their sales floor so I'm going to try and hold off until I get a job there, Hello Performance Hookup!

PS I'll be buggin the hell out of them to get more LT1 stuff in the F-body section

Where are you from wckd94z? What parts did you use on the install? Springs/Timing Set, etc

Re: Video of Completed CC306 Swap!

I'm in Southern California

I used 918s with comp spring locators, steel 10* retainers and +.05 10* superlocks. Installed height is 1.75 rather than comp's recommended 1.8, but still safe from coil bind, but about 145 pounds of seat pressure now.

Cloyes DR, 95+ opti, CSR EWP, GMPP 1.6 RR, stock lifters. I had come Comp R's in the garage but the stock 77k mile lifters were all in great shape and I wanted to avoid lifter issues.

I'm just going to run the email tune from Ion until late this spring, I'll be getting the heads ported and putting on a 100 shot or so. Then it will get dyno tuned. Going forged 383 late this summer, and I'll be upping the cam then also.
