Help me find where the smoke is coming from

Already did a leak down on the motor. 2to3% at the most. So that's telling me that the rings and valves are ok. The motor only has about 1,500 miles on it. It's drinking about a quart every couple of hundred miles. I've replaced the intake gaskets aswell. When I pull the spark plugs they looked oil baked.

I'm thinking it's either the seals or guides in the head. Would it be possible for it to use that much oil, through the seals/guides???? I barley drive the car know because of this. I hate sitting at a light and the car is puffing smoke.

What color smoke is it, and does it smoke the whole time you drive, or just at idle/and or acceleration? Sounds like the valve seals need to be changed, but we need a little more info still to be more sure.
