Things like the throttle body coolant bypass. http://shbox.com/1/tb_bypass.jpg
Look through the site, it offers tons of useful info. http://shbox.com/1/4th_gen_tech1.html

Re: help im new
well this also has a crank sensor which didnt come along till 96 from what i understand so i guess that someone done an engine swap and got an engine and exhaust from a 96or 97? there isnt a connector for the crank sensor either. is it possible to put the newer engine in and still use the old harness and computer for the older one?
Re: help im new
Wow, crank sensor too. Yeah, certainly looks like it came from a 96 or 97. If it still has the 95 PCM and harness I think it should work fine. (If I'm wrong, I'm certain someone more knowledgable will educate us soon)
If you could read the codes from the PCM, whether or not it's throwing errors for the crank sensor should let you know for sure which PCM it has. If it's a 96-7 PCM it would almost certainly throw a code for it not being hooked up. If you hook up the two forward O2's and the SES light goes out and stays out, it's probably a 95 PCM.

EDIT: As far as I know, and I could be wrong, the crank sensor should not cause a miss. I believe it is there simply to detect a miss to meet OBDII requirements.
