Help with GM head casting #

I've found a set of heads that someone is selling as LT1 heads to fit a SBC, but I think they are actually SBC made to fit an LT1. I have the casting# but seem unable to find any info on it, can anyone help out? It is casting # 14088113.

I'm pretty sure the casting # I have is correct, is it possible that these may be an aftermarket head? The guy selling them told me after comparing to other heads in his shop, the water passages look like 400 SBC centerbolt heads but with the intake water passages welded up for use in an LT1 conversion. The valves measured out to be 2.02 and 1.55, stout springs, D-shaped exhuast ports, swirl looking heart shaped chambers, the intake runners still appear to be cast, not ported, but are the same size as some older centerbolt truck heads he has at his shop, but much less restriction. Also said they have stamped numbers on front and back faces and are marked for right and left hand fronts.

The reason I am interested in finding out what these are is that these are supposed to have the intake water passages welded and oil drain back hole smaller for an LT1 conversion. Trying to find out as much info as I can about these heads, just in case they are worth getting.

Those are GM L98 heads, TPI Corvette for example.

Thanks for the info. Where did you find that info at? So these heads wouldn't be worth buying over stock LT1's then, correct?

I know this much ---><--- about the L98, but I'm pretty sure that L98 castings for a 4th gen LT1 are a bad idea.

You can not use them unless you convert them to reverse flow for an LT1. Not worth the trouble or expense,

I was told by someone on this site who has a good rep that the L98's flow significantly less than the LT1 heads, I have never personally flowed L98 heads, and don't build many of them, thought they were the same thing at the time, just not for reverse cooling.
