Opti went and water pump went, so the cam and heads r gonna go in while this stuff is out. Someone help me put a lost together of what I need. I am sending my heads to ai, so I will have the stuff they give in their packages.

Where can I get the lifters and what lifters for a comp 224/230 cam?

What else do I need, besides gaskets?
