Help diagnose my engine tick

I took some video to get a good sound. It is RPM dependent and coming from under the valve cover. I've set my valve lash according to shbox and I'm afraid they aren't holding tight. It is predominantly more on the drivers side.

Specs: 95 LT1/~83k miles/Hooker shorty block hugger headers/stock most the rest of the way through.

Here is the link to my vid. It is a larger file ~19mb. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I get an error when trying to view the video, probably on my end. Anyways, a simple way to tell if the nuts are backing off is mark them with a paint pen after you adjust them, Say either all on the top or all on the bottom whatever works. Slim chance that it will back off Exactly one turn. You may also have a collapsing lifter. If the rocker nuts are not the problem then pull the pushrods just to be 100% sure none of them are slightly tweaked. If you eliminate all of these possibilites I'd say a lifter, but again I can't view the video.

I will upload the video to youtube to give you a better chance to view it.

I didn't think to mark the valves as that was my first time giving it a go so thank you for the suggestion. I will probably give the adjustment another shot and mark them to see what happens.

If in fact you adjusted your valve lash correctly, I would suspect an exhaust leak. I would check your exhaust manifold bolts and your sparkplugs to see that they are all tightened to spec.

I pulled all the plugs yesterday to verify their condition. All are seated properly. I had an exhaust leak right after installing my shorty headers and that isn't the problem as I know all 12 bolts are torqued properly and the gaskets are in great shape.

I'm probably going to tear the valve covers off today and check the lash again. Then mark them with a paint pen.

Here is the link to youtube for those that can't view it off my host.

I also have a ticking coming from under the driver side valve cover. My thoughts are lifters but in my case I have over 180,xxx miles on my motor.
