Question Help with code 34, MAP sensor.

Threw code 34 on the way home tonight. I know it has to do with the MAP sensor, and that the MAP sensor is used by the PCM to look at the fuel and spark tables, so I want to get this fixed. My car has the CC305 and the TNT plate kit as the 2 mods that may most affect the MAP. I checked the BAR and it was 28.7 and the MAP registered 3.2 on my Scanmaster. So what should I be hunting for to solve this problem? Vaccum leaks or something else? I think it may have something to do with the TNT plate. TNT doesn't give the lengthened TB bolts with the kit anymore, and when I called they said I could get them any where. After searching all the hardware stores in my area I went to a nut and bolt store, but they had ones that were longer and ones shorter. I bought the longer ones, cut them down then used washers to make sure they went on tight. The TB is on real tight I don't get any movement out of it at all, and there doesn't seem to be sucking air around it anyewhere. Anybody got any suggestions?

Thanks!

Check the MAP signal with the key on but engine off. The signal should be close to 5 volts. FYI The same sensor in 2 different cars should not vary by more than 0.4 volts. If that appears ok reset the code and wiggle all the wires at the connectors. Also disconnect the MAP turn the key on but engine off, the signal should be 1 volt or less. Hope this helps.
