Help....Car after winter storage..Moisture/Exhaust/Running problems!

I had my car stored outside in one of those car pockets, so it was completely covered...

So anyways, i went and took the cover off and started the car and it was just running real bad and when i took it for a spin it like died out once and seemed to be lagging and have major power loss.
I did notice that where my cap on the cutout, i saw water leaking through even that the cap was on.

So can excess moisture in the exhuast system, cause all this? the car to die, the retard knock to go up ( i have a scanmaster) and to run like ****?

What can i do to fix this? Just maybe take off the cap and try to start it and let it run? cuz i tried to start it and let it idle and it died out...also i do have my cat on right now cuz i took off my ORP for emmisons test in the fall

thanks everyone..

How long did it sit? Did you have stabilizer in the gas? Sounds like maybe the gas went bad. The moisture coming from the exhaust is just condensation. That's normal.
