Help, can knock feel like a missfire?

Ok I've just about had it with this thing, I keep getting missfires (LTCC isn't on right now, I took it off cause ofa dead coil) now the opti is new, & new wires/plugs from 2 days ago, maybe its a burnt wire but I've had it, I just put a crane box & MSD coil & its like it got worse, it happens at WOT around 4500, 5000, 5500-6500 rpm, but its almost like a rev limiter is kicking in, I mean really fast burrrr, or something, not just a single miss, so I was wondering since I"m sick of tinkering around, can knock feel like that?

I also got a low coolant light which pissed me off cuz I was thinking maybe coolant is getting into the CC. But basicly, what else could feel like a missfire? thanx guys.

To answer your question, YES. Its not so much the knock, but the timing being pulled as a result.

So basically, if you have knock it will misfire? since my Hooker lt's install I had misses on a couple of cylinders. I changed my wires, 02's and still had a miss. I haven't had it scanned since the pcmforless tuning and the lt4 km.

No! If you get knock, it pulls timing. The sudden loss of advance feels like a misfire.... it isn't really a misifre.... it just FEELS like it. But it doesn't feel like what Bunker is describing, which sounds more like running into a rev limiter, or some valve train problems. Or maybe actual misfire.

valve float at 4500rpm? just did wires/plugs/opti you name it!!! getting sick of this, & install an ignition box Crane HI 6TR with adjustable retard control & MSD coil, made it worse belive it or not my knock tables are ZEROED out so its not pulling timing, plus I never see it pull timing up top even with knock enables, I took it off just for the dyno.
