Hedman makes step headers for the LT1?

Hedman makes step headers for the LT1?
I went t a NHRA divisional points meet at No problem Raceway in La. and saw 2 C/EFI/A stock eliminator LT1 Z28's with same set of Hedman step headers on them, with stock K members. Anyone have any info on these?
