I am trying to flush the heater core. I got the clamp out of the way nice and easily but the hoses are fused into that spot, no matter how hard I pull them they wont come off. Is their anything else I can do or spray on them to loosen them up to get them off?!?

 

They are a bitch. I learned a lil trick that works really well. Get your hand on there tight, and then actaully turn the hose left and right. Instead of pulling it so it stretches tighter, you twist it. This will eventually break it off, then you can pull it right off.

Good luck, and keep going at it. Its a pain but will eventually come off.

 

Try to get some channel locks on it and twist it where its attatched. It will usually break it free and then you can pull it off.
