Heater Hoses..HELP

UPDATE: Everything went great. I cut out the bad piece of hose and replaced it with a length of good hose. The hose was 5/8" so I found the hose unions and clamps I needed pretty easily. The whole process took about 30 min to do. Now I have no leaks. Thanks again for the replies. Saved me alot of money.
