heads on roller rockers off

hello yesterday i posted how my rollers seem to not be riding on the valves but on the valve spring caps. they are self alighning roller rockers from the hot cam kit. my heads now have the double springs and bigger valves.do in need shorter pushrods? will that cure all? do i need to buy 250 dollar non self alighning roller rockers?can i grind my current rockers now to work better. what have people done with this setup iam at a loss. any help would be greatly appreciated
