heads/cam what all do i need to upgrade?

Ok, I think I'm going to go with some LE3 heads and a custom cam. In addition to this I am going to upgrade to 36 or 38# injectors, electric water pump and cloyes timing chain, new fuel pump, obviously gonna need gasket kit.

Anyone have any advice on what else I will need to upgrade?

depending on how many miles you have, rebuild the bottom end...if you can't afford pistons - get your blocked hot-tanked, crank polished, block honed, new bearings, new rings, and get some new roller lifters, and pushrods.

I suggest building a tranny to support the power, along with a rear end.

Adjustable fuel reg. too for the injectors, and fuel pump

Comp R lifters
1.6 rockers w/ 7/16" studs (if you don't want to retain your stock 1.52's)
Hardened pushrods
Walbro 255 in-tank
Adj. regulator

Bottom end has about 20k miles on it, with forged internals. Unfortunately I won't have the money to do the tranny and rear for a while.

I forgot to write comp r lifters, Lloyd reccomends getting those as well so those are on my list. I will probably get an adjustable fuel regulator as well.

Any other suggestions?
