If you want mod 'em, try this. I know I'm going to do it when my bulbs go.

for you guys who may not be the original owner of the car. I had to replace my housing because a rock or something broke it. The new light that I bought at Advance Auto came with an adapter on the back of the headlight so that if that light burned out, I could just replace the bulb and not the housing. I thought, "wow, this will be great for later on." Turns out that the broken housing I was replacing also had an adapter on it. Apparently, someone before me had to buy a replacement and this is what they got. When the lights finally go out, there will be no torches, or vice grips involved.

Check out your headlights, all you may have to do is replace the bulb $10 instead of the bulb and housing $25.

Why are your lights so expensive?

Headlights for my Firebird run $12; $9 if I buy it a Walmart; and that is for a high and a low beam.
