Anyone here with a 93-97 Trans Am have problems with their headlights making noises? My drivers side headlight makes a really fast and loud vibration noise. I have an aftermarket alarm on my car which is hooked up to my lights so that when my alarm goes off, my lights will start flipping up and down. Well when I activate my alarm or turn it off to get in it makes the noise too. I was told my headlight motor is going out. What do you guys think? I already bought the motor. A guy told me his was doing the same thing and it was the motor.

 

it's your plastic drive gear, it just needs to be rotated 180 degrees I believe and your ok till it wears out again, then ya gotta get a new gear or motor assembly. Shoebox or someone here probably has the step-by-step on doing this, if I can find it I'll shoot it to you. It's really simple to fix...and free if it's just a stripped plastic gear.
