Headers & Y-Pipe

Hey eveyone! I have never posted on here before, But i have searched many forums and have found so much great info on This site. I hope that at some point I can add some great info, or help someone.
Does anyone run the TPIS long tube Lt1 headers and Y pipe?
The y pipe is not shaped anything like the stock y pipe and it looks like it will run right under the trans pan which on my lowered car will give me like a inch of ground clearance. any similar experiances?

Not sure about the TPIS LTs specifically as I don't know of anyone running them, but any long tubes and off-road y-pipe in general will be tricky to run on a lowered car.

Yeah, i got like a 1.5 to 2 inch drop. tpis says that they run there long tube LT1 headers and y- pipe on there world challenge camaro race car without clearance issues. Im installing heads and cam and all the goodies, and i dont lok like the "custom" y-pipe is gonna fit.

Lets put it this way, with long tubes and a y-pipe that tuck up pretty well, I still only have a little less then a soda can's distance from the metal to the pavement. If you have a 2" drop on top of that, you might run into some ground clearance issues.
