Yes to get the best performance you'll want a Pcm tune. As far as keeping the o2 sensors, you'll want to keep them both if you have a 93-95 and if you have a 96-97 you'll keep the fronts and get sims for the rears. either way you'll need extensions for the fronts on any year. It'd be a good idea to put your car in your sig so we have a better idea as to what you're dealing with.

no it wont hurt the car to run without a tune, just gives better peformance and fuel economy. The O2 sims are resistors that fool the pcm into thinking there are actually o2 sensors working so there isn't a code thrown and you get no SES light.

Re: headers install

well if you arent going to have any of the emissions stuff on there chances are you are going to throw a code which means that you will need to get the computer tuned anyways to turn them off

Re: headers install

The front O2 sensors are used by the PCM during closed loop mode to maintain your air/fuel ratio. This is mainly for part throttle driving and wouldn't hurt your HP. The rear O2 sensors monitor the "health" of your cats. If you're not running cats then of course there's no need for rear O2 sensors. Since the PCM is expecting a signal from the rear O2 sensors, O2 sims provide the proper signal so that the PCM doesn't throw a code.
