Which headers to go with?
Which headers to go with?
In the market for headers with some money I just cam into, what is the choice of everyone here?
I am kinda ruling out long tubes because I already have a borla, and, if from from what I heard, don't the long tube require a lot of modification.
Let me hear you're imput.
P.S.
I can get the edelbrock's at my job for 25% off, but haven't really heard anything about them yet.

I had their Midlengths and there were some issues I thought with the quality... Namely the Emissions hook ups being the WRONG size. Then the Hook ups on the headers stripped out when we tried to connect the emissions hook ups. That reason alone forced me to have to do !EGR & !AIR.
I have heard good things about MAC and SLP.
I would do a search since this has been asked many times before

Do the mid-lengths requires changing the downpipes and all that or do they just bolt right up?
Also, are those better for high end, low end, or mids?

Most all Midlengths come with a Y-Pipe that just needs to have the Cat welded back to it, and reconnected to the Catback. I think the headers helped me all accross the board as far as power goes.
