Headers

I got a 96Z and wanted some LT's. I don't need emissions, taking off dual cats. Do I still have to order 1996 headers.

That depends on your budget. The hookers are pretty cheap, around $450...a little more if you want them coated. At the other end of the spectrum you have FLP, which comes coated and complete with Y-pipe, and cats and offroad pipes that are interchangable. But all this comes at a hefty price of about $1250. You may want to check out the Jet-hots...a lot of guys on this board are running them.

the Jet HOt's and the Hooker's are the most common setup's running around.. And are great design's.. You won't be dissappointed w/ either those or the one's mentioned i.e flp's, etc..

I have got the Jet-Hot LT's and love them. I havent had any problems with the or anything. When I ordered them they were $540 to my door coated inside and out. I would defenetly give them a call...

I love the hooker LTs (and the clone Jet-hots have both so I know). they both sound very awesome , and the power increase is definate.

Why LT's, when MAC mid lengths will make the car just as quick, and they're a hell of alot easier to install.

PPC long tubes are great headers. I just ordered mine last week on fbody.coms GP. They coast me 1200 dollars, but well worth it in my opinion.
