Header Vibrating Agaist K-Member - Suggestions?

The only thing I can think of is header wrap.. but I want to try and avoid that because I've heard it can be a fire hazard etc... It's just the passenger side that does it. I have enough rattles as it is.. I don't need to feel the header through the floor

Thanks!

I'd rather try new motor mounts as a last resort.. I don't want to spend all the effort and have it not fix the problem.

I can't seem to think of anything besides header wrap that wont melt or burn...

My jet hots had that problem. Put a jack under the motor and unbolt the passenger side motor mount and lift the motor and then take a (Little) bit of metal out with a die grinder at the k-member. You may need to drop the k-member a little also. Before you tighten the motor mount bolt; raise the motor to the top of the mount and then tighten. Being poor sucks!!

1.) put some resistant heater hose inbetween them (smells like burning all the time
2.) Run the hell out of your car for a week and let the engine tilt itself over and bang a dent into the header (this worked well for me, small little dent just enough to clear)
3.) Change motor mounts and it "Might" fix it
4.) get short tube headers
5.) Sell your car
6.) Pray that some divine power remedies it overnight
