Im going to be doing my LT header swap this weekend, and right now i have bosch plugs. No idea how old or what model they are, but the car has 115k on it. While im doing the headers should i upgrade to Tr55's? Hopefully i can get them at autozone for a decent price. Also can anyone link me a to write-up or two with pictures for LT header installs? Thanks guys

 

If you are going to do headers, then I would definitely replace the plugs, the NGK TR-55s are a good plug of choice. It wouldn't hurt to do the wires also. Some people also use a header install as a good opportunity to replace the motor mounts.
