header question

Im still trying to get my passenger header to fit right. It touchs the floorboard by the collecter. I already have the driver side one in and it fits perfectly, which gives me reason to believe my motor mounts are in good condition. Im worried if i try to change the mounts then i will have fitment issues with the driver side too. Or is it best to leave it and pry the passenger side collecter down a little? anyone run into a problem like this? EDIT: There is also plenty of clearence on the passenger side primarys and the K member.

Re: header question

Are you talking about the collector hitting the heatshields? If that is the case, I had to modify the heat shields some in order for them not to touch the header collector. Other people remove them altogether.

Re: header question

i removed the shields and its still touching. which is why I may have to bend it downward a little.
