i have a stock car except for 2otl. i was wondering how much louder this system would get if i put on shorty headers? long tube headers? what about taking off the cats?

i really like the sound of this system, but i wouldn't mind if it was a little bit louder. thanks for the info.

 

when i ditched my cat the car got twice as loud and a lot more raspy. Then i added slp shortie headers and the car didn't get any louder but it eliminated a lot of the raspyness.

 

I noticed no difference in my exhaust note when I added headers to my catback.

Headers won't change the sound that much, but take the cat out and it'll roar!!!! Mine was a little too loud at first, but I got used to it.

 

FLP LTs, no cats, and open Borla....sounds sweet for a few months but it got old. I need an electric cutout for the Borla.
