Header install, now have miss?

I just installed some pacesetter headers "non-emissions" with offroad y-pipe. The car pulls hard with no miss 1-2, 2-3, 3-4. No miss at all, but if lets say if i'm crusing in fifth gear and need to pass someone without dropping it down a gear, and put the engine under a good load, it has a real good noticable miss. Anything i need to check? Plugs and wire connections seem to all be good, is this something the ecm needs to relearn or something, all the help will be nice. Thanks, Daniel

You may have to disable the EGR in the computer tune.

Heat sleeves and cable ties should help out quite a bit. You may even consider doing a over-the-valve cover wire setup in the future to avoid the problem of burning wires altogether.
