header comparison

if i bought a custom exhaust made to bolt on with jet hot long tubes, will the exhaust bolt on with my pacesetter long tubes?

I assume you are referring to the y-pipe? If you are referring to the y-pipe, then I can see it being a slight problem considering the Jet-Hots are a flange style header and the Pacesetters are a slip fit.
