i just bought slp stainless steel headers for my 93 z28 and i looked into getting them ceramic coated the price i got with y pipe was 200$$$ not bad but i didnt ask if they were jet hot ceramic or wht.is their a difference i cant finda any awnsers.....
any ideas

 

I think they are genrally the same. Jet Hot is a cermic coating. It is just brand name.

 

I've seen a lot of difference in the "Ceramic" coatings out there. My old Edelbrocks were ceramic coated, and I wasn't really that impressed....It looked like a dried-out powdercoat. The BBK's that I'm running now have the polished jet-coat on them, and it looks really sharp! I think that Jet-hot coated stainless would be a really good setup, and should last a long time!
